Wizard should have consistent page and browser title

It should be clear in every step of the wizard that one is currently registering for event xy.

Currently, page and browser title could be set in the dictionary defining step texts, but we already have the information card title there. The page and browser title should be consistent throughout the whole process.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
