(all packages using “catoptions”, which *currently*
includes menukeys, ought to be avoided as it patches
TeX internals in an incompatible way)

• never(!) load either the “german” or “ngerman” package
  (nor “germanb” or “ngermanb”)
• use appropriate options for the “babel” package, correctly disabling
  shorthands and setting the default language for the whole document

Look at print/leaflet_teckids_common.tex for a deformed German example
(replace a̲l̲l̲ “ngerman” with “german” in the babel line for 1901 German)
and at print/a6.tex for an English example of correct usage.

This reverts commit d11190031ecc0d015da3085391c5a89456c3502b.

Added a footer with some relevant information and re-formatted the c/o
in address.

“and others, see gitweb” rationale: we all work on various documents,
styles, classes, etc. so the main document author is not the only
author at least for the metadata (this does not change the author
information displayed in print, where content is the only thing
that matters)
