Unfortunately, our services went offline on Saturday, 2nd of March, due to a reboot of our infrastructure for reasons that are currently still unknown. At this point in time, all administrators were on holiday trips and had no access to the encryption passphrases securing our users' data, which is stored offline.
We will be reconsidering our emergency plans, including quick response to incidents during such times as holiday seasons.
